No refunds are offered for digital challenges, courses, programs or experiences if you change your mind. We believe deeply in the quality of guidance we offer, so please don't invest if you're not ready to do transformational work.
If you decide the Soulwoman Membership isn’t for you, you can cancel at any time by contacting [email protected] and your payment method will not be charged again.
Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to the portal or the private Facebook group.
RETREAT AND IN-PERSON TRAINING CANCELLATIONS
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation for a retreat or in-person training.
Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat or training, but unexpected things do happen, so please purchase travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees.
With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your trip, Soulwoman does not offer refunds for any reason. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another retreat or training to be taken within two years of your original retreat date. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.
Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply.
Fees are determined by the following schedule:
- If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat.
- If you cancel 60 – 89 days before your retreat start date, 75% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat.
- If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your retreat start date, 40% of your payment may be applied to another Retreat. You will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat.
- If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early.
SOULWOMAN RETREAT OR TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY
While we do not foresee that we'd ever have to cancel an event, if Soulwoman must cancel a booked retreat or training date for any reason, you may transfer your full payment to another retreat or in-person training, or you may request a refund of your payment to us, constituting a full settlement.
Soulwoman is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat or training, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
