Feelings ~ The Only Compass You'll Ever Need

Tune in to yourself.

What are you feeling?

Are you feeling hurried, stressed, annoyed, sad, or bored?

Are you feeling calm, relaxed, content, at peace, invigorated, in harmony, or joyful?

Your feelings make you aware whether you're on track or off track. Your feelings are the only guide to health, wealth and happiness you'll ever need. Every single thing in your life as it exists right now is feedback. Your successes are feedback. Your failures are feedback. When you tune in, you KNOW.

That heaviness in the pit of your stomach when you think about someone or something?

It's a warning.

The tightness in your chest? The resistance in every cell of your body? The weariness and fatigue?

They're hints that you're off course.

And the gladness?

Yes, that carries a message too.

Your feelings are the perfect guidance system because you'll always feel emotion about something that matters to you. Your emotions tell you what to embrace and what to avoid. Every feeling you feel is information, helping you to sort out your life.

When you have to make a decision, and you don't know which way to go, just think of each option in turn and tune in...

Do you have a feeling of contraction or expansion?

Go for the feeling of expansion. Every time.

Your feelings show you whether you're on track, whether you're brilliantly aligned with your life purpose ~ or not. When you're excited and passionate about what you're doing or what's happening in your life, it's a sure sign that you're in sync with Source. Happiness is a clear indication that you're in flow; that you're perfectly on course.

Painful feelings, on the other hand, are messengers alerting you that you've lost your way. Being in pain means there is something in your life you have to attend to; something that is out of balance or unresolved. Once you've gained awareness of being off track, the question is,

What do you need to do to get back on course and in flow?


How can you re-align yourself with who you are, and what you're here to do, and what is truly good for you?

I have an answer for you, Sweetness.


Tune yourself to the frequency of your highest good.

Drop into wordlessness, into that state of awareness beyond verbal thought that is a core aspect of your true nature. Stay there for a while. Get acquainted with the real you beneath the social mask, the stress, the tension and anxieties. The naked you. The authentic, genuine you. Then consciously acknowledge how good it feels to dwell in that space of stillness. And do a little bit of it every day.

Meditation is the path of least resistance to what you want.

Meditation brings clarity and a sense of calm.

Meditation helps you to clean up your fearful thought patterns.

Meditation is the means to heal your heart and navigate your way through challenges and strife.

There is simply no better way to tune in to your intuition and feel the subtle cues telling you how to navigate your way through life.

Best of all, meditation makes you FEEL good. When you feel good, you're non-resistant. When you're non-resistant, you're in flow. When you relax and allow, wellbeing is yours. You can FEEL when you're aligned with the Source within you by the love that fills you. The passion and exhilaration. The overwhelming gratitude. It's worth getting a handle on this.

You'll know meditation is working for you when you begin to experience flickers of clarity, expansion, and peace.

You stop worrying about things that don't really matter.

You stop judging yourself and others.

You stop making work of things that aren't really work.

You start listening to your inner voice of wisdom.

You start noticing how you feel and caring about how you act and react.

You start utilizing the creative energy of a Force that creates worlds...

Don't wait another moment...


Relax and allow. Trust. Know that all is well and all that is good is coming to you. Today and always.
