The Venue...
Bali evokes images of lush tropical gardens and sacred temples, and the reality does not disappoint.
Once again, you'll be spending six fabulous nights in a villa located in a traditional Balinese village in Ubud. You'll be immersed in deeply spiritual vibes, the exotic culture, delicious foods, and rustic décor of our authentic Balinese private villa, situated at the end of a long, private driveway that opens up at the end to lush tropical gardens overlooking a steep ravine with a small stream below.
You'll feel like you've found a secret oasis that only you know about.
The Cuisine...
Balinese food is simply delicious! And if you don't eat this or that - no worries - we are happy to accommodate any of your food preferences.
Nurdi, the in-house private chef will prepare yummy, healthy dishes from an Indonesian and Balinese menu with organic ingredients whenever possible, including vegetables from the villa garden. There are vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary options available. Nurdi is also happy to give complimentary cooking classes to whoever wants to help peel the garlic!
There are many world class restaurants in Ubud, and you'll have plenty of opportunity to experience the mouth-watering cuisine if you wish. You'll find there's always something scrumptious to taste and enjoy!
Your Life is About to Change...
Day 1 - ARRIVE (Sunday, 6 August)
As you step into the exotic heat of Bali, you'll feel as if you've entered into another world: colorful, fascinating, busy, filled with Spirit, and deeply alluring.
Arrival at the luxury villa in Ubud is at 4pm. Upon arrival you'll be served a welcome drink, and assigned a room. You'll have time to unpack, enjoy afternoon tea if you wish, and take in your surroundings.
You may want to take a leisurely dip in the pool before an authentic Balinese dinner is served while we get to know each other. After dinner we'll set our intentions with a quick origami activity before retiring to bed for our very first night in Paradise.
Day 2 - WOMAN'S CIRCLE (Monday, 7 August)
Breakfast is served at 9.00am every day. After breakfast, Mia will lead us in our first circle where you'll receive spiritual guidance for you to co-create the life you dream of with the Universe.
After Circle, you'll have time for reflection, after which you can relax and luxuriate at the villa, or go on an adventure to explore the surrounding area.
Your delicious Balinese dinner will be served at the villa tonight.
Day 3 - A SPECIAL BLESSINGS CEREMONY... (Tuesday, 8 August)
After breakfast, we'll venture out of the villa for one of the highlights of our Bali retreat. You will be driven to a Holy Temple where you will be able to partake in a blessings ceremony.
We'll enjoy lunch at a delightful restaurant in Ubud, and our afternoon will be spent browsing and shopping in this bustling area. Those who are keen to meet some monkeys will have the option of visiting Monkey Forest.
We'll return home for a lovely dinner at the villa.
Day 4 - MASSAGE and PAMPERING (Wednesday, 9 August)
Today we have a real treat for you. It's our massage and pampering day!
After breakfast, you can expect to be pampered poolside at the villa like the goddess you are. You'll be treated to a beautiful Balinese massage and a facial, and left intensely relaxed and glowing. We'll enjoy fresh smoothies while we paint our nails and treat our skins with lotions and love.
Tonight, we're going out for a scrumptious dinner at a local restaurant, for another opportunity to sample the very best of Balinese cuisine.
Day 5 - FREE DAY (Thursday, 10 August)
Today is a free day to do as you desire. You can explore Bali to your heart's content - and believe us, there is much to experience. Ubud is Bali's spiritual, artistic and cultural heart. It has long been known as a mystical place, rich in healing powers and important as a source of medicinal herbs and plants. In fact, it gets its name from the ancient Balinese word, 'bad', which means medicine.
You may also want to spend time at Ubud's vibrant and central markets where the local people do their shopping. Captivating and colorful, everything sold in the market is either grown, crafted, or produced in Bali. Coffee beans, hardware, textiles, baskets, and bamboo crafts are all available amid the rich aromas, ripe smells and organised chaos of heaped stalls. Absolutely perfect for those gifts and souvenirs you'd like to take home!
Day 6 - DRUM CIRCLE, GODDESS CEREMONY, AND BALI BANQUET (Friday, 11 August)
After breakfast, we'll enjoy a drum circle lead by a Balinese drum teacher from a company that manufactures djembe drums locally, and he will bring enough drums so that everyone can play. This is all about fun and connection, and another beautiful memory we create together.
After the Drum Circle, Mia will lead us in sacred ceremony.
Dinner will comprise of a nasi tumpeng Balinese banquet by coconut oil torchlight in the garden. The centerpiece of the dinner is a pyramid of fragrant yellow rice, the golden color representing prosperity and abundance. This nasi tumpeng is decorated with 6 or 7 dishes, condiments and sambal. You can expect handmade traditional palm and floral decorations, a selection of Indonesian and Balinese specialties, the soothing and exotic sounds of a bamboo rindik trio, and beautiful classical dancers from the village to create a dazzling and memorable experience.
Day 7 - CLOSING CIRCLE (Saturday, 12 October)
We'll enjoy our last delicious breakfast together before having our closing Circle and a little gift exchange.
Check-out is at 12 noon. If you have a late flight out, you are welcome to store your bags at the villa, and if needed, you'll be offered a place to shower and freshen up before you leave for the airport.
It will be hard to say goodbye but at least we'll know that we've made lifelong friends...

What's Not Included
- Your round-trip airfare from home
- Your transport from the airport to the villa, and back from the villa to the airport
- Lunches are not included but you can make your own arrangements to have a light meal or a big organic fresh salad at the villa at an incredibly reasonable cost
- One dinner at a restaurant, and the dinner on your free day
- Other non-included items are souvenir shopping, personal phone calls, extra spa services, alcohol, taxis, laundry, and tips for staff (we recommend $1 - 2 USD per day)
- Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance
You will find local wine, beer, soft drinks and chocolates available for purchase at the villa. Prices will be posted on the refrigerator in the kitchen. If you don’t feel like going out, you can ask the staff to purchase any other items for you and they'd be happy to oblige.
Flights
- You must arrive into Denpasar International Airport on or before Sunday 6 August 2023 for check-in at the villa at 4pm. We can help you to arrange your own transport, or we can arrange transport for a group if required. Please note that the average travel time from the airport to the villa is about 1 to 1 and a half hours.
- Check-out is on Saturday, 12 August at 12 noon.
- If you want to arrive in Bali earlier or stay longer for some exploring, we can recommend places to stay and/or things to see and do.
