If You're Ready to Ignite your Soul Fire with Passion and Purpose, and Step into your Most Courageous Feminine Power so you can Manifest what you Truly, Deeply Desire in your Life, then Join Our Warrior Woman Retreat on the Mythical Island of Mykonos!
10 - 16 APRIL 2018
The Greek Islands evoke images of iconic white architecture, sparkling ocean and forever blue skies, and you'll soon find that the reality does not disappoint. You'll be spending five fabulous nights in a luxury villa located in Mykonos, ranked today among the top holiday destinations worldwide.
You'll be enchanted by the spectacular beauty of the island, the friendliness of its people, colorful customs, traditional architecture, and delicious foods.
And yes, the spirit of Mykonos is Freedom: it's the perfect place to free yourself from the fears and anxieties that have been keeping you stuck...
... immersing yourself in goddess energy, nurturing your connection to the warrior woman within, and unleashing your most daring, courageous self to move beyond fear and say YES to all aspects of yourself.
Mykonos was where the battle between omnipotent Zeus and the fearful Titans took place. It's also known as the place where Hercules slew the once invincible Giants. It's even said that the large rocks scattered around the island are the petrified corpses of the Giants.
Ahhh... the stories that await in Mykonos!
TAKE ME TO MYKONOS, PLEASE!And what about the food, you may wonder? Simply delicious! Mediterranean food in general is incredibly healthy and the Greek people are masters at serving up mouth-watering salads and fresh seafood, flavored with the delicious olive oil of the region.
Mykonos has a few foods all its own, like kopanisti, a cheese famous for its spicy, aromatic taste; ksinotira, a favorite local appetizer and louza, a dish made from thin slices of spiced and cooked pork. The island is also famous for its appetizers called Meze, a mixed dish of appetizers best accompanied by Ouzo, the popular traditional liquor of Greece (and yes, it does taste like liquorice!).
If you have a sweet tooth, you won’t be disappointed. Baklava, the famous traditional Greek dessert made of pastry, honey and chopped nuts, is available everywhere! Of course these must be accompanied by soumada, an almond and rosewater flavored non-alcoholic drink that is ubiquitous on the island.
There are many world class restaurants in Mykonos, and we'll make sure you'll have ample opportunity to experience the mouth-watering cuisine. You'll find there's always something scrumptious to taste and enjoy!
And if you don't eat this or that - no worries - any and all food preferences will be accommodated at the villa!
Every day's activities have been carefully chosen to help you immerse yourself in Warrior Woman energy, balanced with enough free time to relax and rejuvenate, AND have the most fun ever with like-minded soul sisters!
The moment you step into the brilliant blues of Mykonos, you'll feel as if you've discovered a precious jewel. Welcome... Your warrior woman journey has begun!
Arrival at the luxury villa in Mykonos is between 3pm and 4pm. Upon arrival you'll be served a welcome drink, and assigned a room. You'll have time to unpack, and take in your surroundings.
You may want to take a leisurely dip in the pool before our welcome celebration at the villa. After dinner we'll get acquainted, and set our intentions for the retreat before retiring to bed for our very first night in Heaven on Earth.
Breakfast every day is served around 9.00am. After breakfast, we'll have our first Warrior Woman circle where we'll tune into the energy of the Greek goddess Artemis.
After circle, you'll have time to relax and luxuriate in the villa - and don't forget to bring your journal!
In the late afternoon, we'll do a soul craft project guided by Karen.
Today you'll be visiting the Main Town of Mykonos, and perhaps Little Venice. Originally these homes were built by the ship captains that would frequent the islands. The beautiful whitewashed buildings and narrow winding streets offer a feast for the eyes. You'll discover hand-made items in the stores, from espadrilles and earrings, to gorgeous clothes and trinkets. Nearly every street leads to the sea, and quaint cafés and seaside bars offer a perfect place to kick back and relax.
And while we’re in the area, we'll visit the iconic windmills before we return to the villa. They were originally built by the Venetians in the 16th century to mill wheat. And who knows, we may just do like the locals and on our way over from Little Venice have a glass of ouzo and a giant Greek salad!
After breakfast at the villa, we'll gather in Circle to immerse ourselves in the fierce warrior energy of Athena.
After lunch, you'll have the opportunity to explore the breathtaking sandy beaches on the island.
We'll end up at Paradise beach, the most famous beach on the island, which boasts two seaside bars, local restaurants, a mini-market, boutique shop and nightclub. You can either find a secluded spot with your journal to reflect on your warrior woman learnings, or put your party hat on and dance!
(And how does a scrumptious fresh fish dinner looking out over the ocean sound?)
After breakfast, we'll venture out of the villa for one of the highlights of our time together.
We'll take the ferry for a 45-minute ride to the island of Delos, one of the most important archeological sites in the Aegean. Delos boasts many treasures, including the market place Agora, the famous terrace of the Naxos lions, and the Temple of Isis.
For the ancient Greeks, Delos was an important center for pilgrimage and worship. Various deities were worshiped on the island but its claim to fame was as the birthplace of the twin gods Apollo and Artemis.
Got some last minute shopping to do? Want to visit the famous church, Paraportiani, or the gorgeous Armenistis Lighthouse? Go back for another swim in the ocean? Or just spend a leisurely day relaxing at the villa? We've got you covered. Today is a free day to do whatever your heart desires before we'll gather for a delicious farewell party at the villa.
We'll enjoy our last delicious breakfast together before having our closing circle and check-out at 12 noon.
It will be hard to say goodbye but at least we'll know that we've made memories to last a lifetime, not to mention lifelong friends...
Here's what a few of our previous retreat participants had to say.
My heart is just glowing - truly glowing. I had no idea what I was coming to, just trusting, actually knowing it would be absolutely wonderful. It was all that and more. From the night out dancing to the quiet chats about family, I have loved being a part of your lives this week and coming to know everyone so intimately. I also have loved observing your special sister relationship - so full of love and care. I look forward to more adventures online and in-person!
My dear Sistas, I am so incredibly blessed to have been able to come on another adventure with you! I look forward to many more! I truly appreciate all of the work and time you put into everything. So many little details! I just love you both so much! Until we see each other again, xoxo Love.
You each have become a heartbeat for me. I am so grateful as are my family... you two helped me find the courage to live, truly live my life... as Lesleigh. You have also helped to restore my faith in God and humanity.
Namaste.
Deep gratitude and joy to you both for creating this amazing and unforgettable experience! What a fabulous space you have created for us all in the world. Can't wait for the next one, and to continue to see you in Circle online.
BIG, BIG love and #deepjoy
