Your Weakest Chakra is...

your Root Chakra

There is a powerful life force within you, and awakening it is the pathway to your Higher Self. It's a direct route to the source of your power, joy, love, wellbeing, clarity, wisdom, and spiritual gifts of the life you were born to live.

How a Strong and Balanced Root Chakra Serves You

The Root chakra is the base of operations for being in a body that is rooted and grounded in the earth. A balanced Root chakra supports the whole of your energetic system. It is the most instinctual of the chakras - it is your survival center and your connection to your primal nature.

Most importantly, the imprints from early family wounds are subconsciously stored in your first chakra, as well as beliefs from early conditioning that have become so ingrained they are now instinctual. The energetic imprints from ancestors, along with past-life karma, are also subconsciously stored in your root chakra and need to be brought to light.

Look to your Root chakra to change your most insidious and ingrained patterns that pull you out of the flow.

Strong, Open and Balanced

When your Root chakra is balanced, your psychological needs of safety and security are fulfilled. With a strong and healthy Root chakra, there is a feeling of being grounded in your body, with abundant vitality and stamina.

You provide your body with what it needs to stay healthy, fit and vital. You know what kind of environment you thrive in, and you make decisions that are aligned with true wellbeing.

A healthy Root chakra allows you to have a sense of belonging. It helps you to survive losses and bounce back after defeats and traumatic events with strong resiliency.

Being strong and balanced in the first chakra leads to having trust that your needs will be met, giving you a beautiful sense of stability, and a greater ability to enjoy your life, and make the most of it.

Want the Quickest, Easiest and Most Enjoyable Way to Strengthen and Balance Your Chakras?

Working with Your Root Chakra

The Root chakra can only be brought into balance when integrated within the system of your other chakras.
Here's a start....

As you awaken to the chakras, an expanded view of the world opens before you, security issues start falling away and you begin to live your life with ease, grace and flow.

Here are a few ways to strengthen and balance the Root chakra within the system of all the chakras:

  • The Root chakra is of the earth element, so ground yourself by going for regular walks in nature. Challenge yourself to breathe deeply into your body, pay attention to every step, and maintain an acute awareness of the sights and sounds arising in each moment. The sensation from your feet touching the earth is an excellent way to bring you into the present moment, where grounding occurs.
  • Develop strong spiritual 'roots' by engaging in activities that feed your spirit, for example yoga, reading sacred literature, or listening to recordings of music that feeds your soul.
  • Examine your motivations stored in the subconscious mind, that storehouse of buried fears, imprints from early family life concerning security, and past life-trauma. You can do this through meditation, journaling, deep reflection, and bodywork with an energy healer.
  • Become aware and break free of destructive habits and addictive behaviours that keep you stuck. Catch yourself in moments when you make justifications for your harmful behaviours, and choose consciously to act in ways that are aligned with your highest version of yourself.
  • If ever you feel overwhelmed by financial insecurity, prime the abundance pump by practicing generosity. Give something of value to someone who needs it, or tip a little more when the service warrants it.
  • Claim your right to exist by practicing affirmations for feeling secure, for example, 'I am safe and secure and know that my life force will rise to meet all that life brings me today.'
  • Lastly, but most importantly, use the POWER of sound healing to QUICKLY shift, heal or improve ALL aspects of your life  to live more happily, boldly and bravely.
